Precautions for the Use Conditions of Outdoor Hot Tub

Use Environment:

1. The inlet water temperature must be between 0℃ and 40°C, and it must be ensured that the water does not freeze in the product. Because it is lower than 0°C, the water freezes and the water cannot flow; if it is higher than 40°C, an error code will appear in the control system (exceeding the system detection temperature range) and the system will stop working.

2. If you want to put the outdoor hot tub below -30°C, it is recommended to add an insulation layer, insulation cover, skirt insulation, and even pipe insulation when purchasing.

About the Protection of the Outdoor Hot Tub System to the Low Temperature Environment:

Whether it is a domestic system or an imported system, the low temperature protection function is set in the system. When there is enough water and the power is turned on, when the temperature is low to a certain level (the domestic system is about 5-6°C, and the imported system is about 7°C), it will trigger the low temperature protection function of the system, and then the system will let the heater start until the heating reaches 10 ℃, and then stop heating.

User Requirements:

1. The time to install the outdoor hot tub is recommended to be installed and powered on at the end of spring or early autumn, that is, before the temperature reaches 0°C.

2. If you want to use it in winter, make sure there is enough water in the tub and keep it powered on to avoid freezing.

3. If you do not want to use it in winter, all the water in the tub should be drained in advance, and check whether there is any water residue in the water pump or pipeline, unscrew the water inlet joint at the front of the water pump, and ventilate as much as possible to evaporate the water in the tub.

4. If you need to release water into the outdoor hot tub in winter (or sub-zero temperature), it should be able to ensure that the water entering the tub does not freeze before adding enough water, and then turn on the power as soon as possible to ensure normal use.
